If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within one year of your purchase for a refund (special conditions may apply]. After 7 days, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship. Shrink-wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, unless it is defective, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.
