The Gr8 Active Living Program is designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive fitness environment for adults ages 55 and older. * Participants should consult with their physician before beginning any exercise program and are responsible for exercising within their personal abilities. * Members must check in upon arrival and may be required to provide identification or proof of eligibility. * Proper athletic attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required at all times. * Members must follow all facility rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions. * Respectful behavior is expected. Harassment, disruptive conduct, or unsafe actions may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges. * Members participating through an insurance or wellness program must maintain eligibility according to the requirements of the sponsoring provider. * The Gr8s Health & Wellness Corporation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. * Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks.
