Cancellation Policy

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions associated with participating in The Gr8s Fitness Bootcamp: 1. **Health and Fitness Acknowledgment:** I affirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in a fitness program. I have consulted with a healthcare professional if needed. 2. **Assumption of Risk:** I am aware that participation in Bootcamp involves physical activity and carries inherent risks of injury and/ or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. 3. **Responsibility for Personal Property:** I am responsible for my personal belongings during Bootcamp sessions, and The Gr8s Fitness is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 4. **Release of Liability:** I release The Gr8s Fitness, its trainers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of Bootcamp sessions. 5. **Photography and Video Release:** I grant The Gr8s Fitness the right to use photographs and videos taken during Bootcamp for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing. 6. **Compliance with Rules and Instructions:** I agree to comply with all rules and instructions provided by The Gr8s Fitness trainers during Bootcamp sessions. Failure to do so may result in my removal from the session. 7. **Cancellation and Refund Policy:** I understand and agree to the specified cancellation and refund policies for Bootcamp sessions, No refund for No show classes that was booked and paid for as outlined by The Gr8s Fitness. 8. **Assumption of Costs:** I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to injuries or illnesses sustained during Bootcamp sessions. I have read and understand the terms of this waiver. My participation in The Gr8s Fitness Bootcamp is voluntary, and I agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated herein.
