Married to my Trainer

Updated: Nov 11, 2020

After being married to one of the hottest and well-known trainers in South Florida I've gain around 40pounds... Yep I know, sound weird right?.... Okay ok, let me explain…

After hiring my trainer, I instantly notice there was chemistry between us. I should of known he was into me after the second month of training and he wasn't trying to get paid. Granted we did go to the same Elementary and High school. That was one of the many reasons why I chose him to become my trainer because I wanted someone I was comfortable with, and another reason was … He is HOT!!. I would have to say choosing him as my trainer was one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you've read my first post, then you know I was able to lose 167lb, and I have him to thank for that. He taught me the importance of nutrition and staying focus, and with his guidance he allowed me to obtain the best physique I could have ever imagine having. I was able to compete at a national body building coemption, and even won first place…If I had to described my body at that point of my of my life in one word, it would be “GOALS”. I had the body that I had been dreaming about my whole life.

Now I know someone is reading this and scratching their head saying…... but didn’t she say she’d gained 40lb? yes, yes, I did. Well after being married for 2yrs now, I realize why there was so much chemistry between us. Before I I spill the beans, why don’t you take another look at the picture.... My husband like his woman with some meat on her bones lol…. Every day I workout, and sometimes twice a day. However, every night my amazing husband treats me to cookies, pizza, Caribbean food, and much more. Would you like to know where we are having these delicious meals? ... Nowhere other than our comfy king size bed. People are constantly telling me how lucky I am to have a trainer as my spouse, and they fail to understand that a great physique doesn’t come from spending hours at a gym. It comes from a mixture of proper eating habits and putting forth the hard work. I remember a popular saying “you can’t outrun your fork", and ooohhhh have I tried!

To obtain that “GOAL” physique it's 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. I am first to always admit I’m human, and I’m still trying to find the perfect balance with nutrition and fitness. I won’t lie, I love my body at this weight I’m health and yet I still have a little more to love 😊.
